Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS throughout the United States. Currently we do not ship outside the United States. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. PST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on weekends or on national holidays ship the next business day after your order is placed. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. or APO boxes. Typically web orders are shipped and delivered Monday – Friday.

We will respond to your request within 36 hours (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excluded); sooner if your request is time sensitive.
RETURN/CREDIT POLICY
baker & olive takes every step possible to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. In the unlikely event that the product you purchased does not completely meet your expectations, or a product arrives damaged or in poor conditions, please call us the same day you received the shipment. We will offer you a return code, and you will have 5 days to return the product in its original condition directly to our store for a full refund. All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund or an exchange. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation fees. Returned items without approval will not be refunded. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return cost was incurred as a result of an error on our part.
To return any product, please call 760.944.7840 between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm PST, and request a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number”. Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by our customer service department.

How We Use Email- After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information.
We send our newsletter on sales and product information to subscribers only. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We read every email we receive.
About Information We Share With Others- We do not, under and circumstances, share or sell your information to anyone.

For both privacy and security purposes, all transactional information communicated between customers and our Web site is transmitted in an encrypted format, and all credit card information is deleted from our servers immediately after card authorization.
