Favolosa- Chile may 2017
The favolosa olive originates in italy but doesm extremely well & thrives in other countries. this beautiful, very limited evoo is grown on a small farm in chile. Fruity & herbaceous with aromatics of crisp olives still on the leaf & branch. great pepper in the back with a ripe, plush finish that is long, full-bodied & savory. Use for pastas like capellini with fresh san marzano
tomatoes, garlic & basil, or orecciette with rapini & fennel sausage. great for linguine vongole and risotto frutti di mare. A beautifully robust finishing oil!
