Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • Herb de Provence EVOO (375 ml.)
  • Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic (375 ml.)
  • Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (4.85 oz.)
  • "Just Roast It" Seasoning (1.6 oz)



4 cups Brussels sprouts

½ cup b&o Herbs de Provence EVOO

2 Tbsp b&o Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic

1 tsp b&o Himalayan pink salt

1 tsp b&o “Just Roast It” Seasoning

½ fresh cracked pepper



Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Trim base of stem of the sprouts and remove any wilted outer leaves. Slice sprouts in half and place them in large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil, vinegar and seasonings over the Brussels sprouts, tossing well to coat. Massage the sprouts as you coat them in the mixture. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and drizzle any remaining olive oil mixture over the top.

Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning once, halfway through cooking. They should be golden and crisp and caramelized on the outside, but tender on the inside. Remove from oven and serve!
