½ cup Baker and Olive Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar (120g)

¼ cup olive oil (60g)

2 Tbsp. dijon mustard (30g)

Pinch of kosher salt

 

Whisk or shake all of the ingredients together well!

Notes: I also love this made with the Peach, pineapple, mango, probably ANY of the Baker and Olive white balsamics. They are all GAME CHANGERS for your dressings.
