At Baker & Olive, we take incredible pride in sourcing and bottling premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste preferences.
We know flavor is personal — and while we can’t offer refunds simply because a product wasn’t your favorite, we’re always happy to help guide you toward something you’ll love next time. If you’d like pairing ideas or recommendations, just reach out!

Please email us within 5 days of delivery at bakerandolive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Because our olive oils and balsamics are perishable, opened or used products cannot be returned.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your support of our small business. If you ever have questions about flavor profiles before ordering, we’re here to help!
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without confirmation in writing from a Baker & Olive employee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To ensure proper processing, returns must be authorized in advance by emailing encinitas@bakerandolive.com. Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
If the return is not due to an error on our part (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If we issue a prepaid return label for your convenience, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the credit.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Baker & Olive is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit, and refunds cannot be issued for items we do not receive.
Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always work to process replacements as quickly as possible.
