Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes

1lb asparagus trimmed

2 tbsp basil evoo

1 ½ c halved grape tomatoes

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp black currant balsamic

¼ tsp sel gris sea salt

¼ c crumbled goat cheese

½ tsp black pepper

 

preparations

-sauté asparagus in evoo, 5 minutes

-add tomatoes and garlic, cook 5 minutes

-stir in balsamic, cook 3 minutes

-add salt

arrange asparagus on platter, top with tomato mixture, sprinkle with cheese and pepper
