Our handcrafted, roasted walnut oil is made in California strictly following 150 year-old traditional methods. Slowly roasted to perfection, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered.
Notes: This oil adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fresh baked pastries, and is perfect to dip with bread. Pairs beautifully with our aged cinnamon pear balsamic vinegar, blackberry ginger balsamic and red apple balsamic. Unlike olive oils, we suggest nut and seed oils be refrigerated.
