Our intensely aromatic Chilean Picual displays notes of green unripe stone fruit, apple, and hints of sweetness followed by light bitterness for a powerful finish.

This Chilean Picual olive oil adds a bold touch to a variety of dishes. Drizzle it over green olive oil pasta or use it to marinate and grill octopus for a unique twist. Create a spicy dipping sauce with crushed red pepper flakes and garlic, or enhance an apple and fennel salad with its complex flavors. For an elegant appetizer, roast beets with this oil and serve them on a goat cheese tart for a sophisticated bite.
