Baklouti Fused Chili Oil

From Tunisia's Barbary Coast, Baklouti Fused Chili Oil is crafted using early harvest young Baklouti chiles. 7.5 pounds of hot chili are used to create each gallon of oil, yielding intense aromas of spicy, crisp chiles. Not suitable for the faint of heart, this oil elevates Latin, Asian and North African cuisine, such as stir fry, casserole, soups, fish, chicken, quinoa dishes, frittatas and spicy noodles.
